Day 1: Held at your designated Home Care location (North & Shore employees) as indicated in your offer letter or at Redeemer Health Transformation Center (Mercer, Runnemede & Cumberland employees). Parking is plentiful and free. On Day 1, Health System Orientation occurs from 8:30am – 4:30pm (North & Shore employees) Breakfast is provided as well as lunch with your new manager. Health System Orientation at the Transformation Center occurs from 8am – 4:00pm. Breakfast is provided as well as lunch with your new manager. Dress is business casual or scrubs, no jeans permitted for all locations.
Day 2: Your Staff Development Program takes place at your designated home care location, occurring from 8:30am - 4:30pm.
