Day 1: Held at Redeemer Health Transformation Center. Parking is plentiful and free. On Day 1, Health System Orientation occurs from 8am – 4:00pm. Breakfast is provided as well as lunch with your new manager. Dress is business casual or scrubs, no jeans permitted.
Day 2: Held at either the Hospital (Conference Room #1 or Auditorium, first floor) or PA HomeCare headquarters (Townsend Road), depending on the position. Facility Orientation occurs in the morning from 8am – 12pm. The afternoon of Day 2 (1pm – 4:30pm) is spent with either your new department or Nursing Staff Development (for nursing employees).
Day 3: Nursing Staff Development program continues (for nursing hires only). For all other new hires, you may have additional Orientation Programs to complete within your new department. Other Orientation Programs may have varied schedules and locations, including:
