Preparing for your Interview

Congratulations on being selected for an interview for a career with Redeemer Health System. As the next step, you will have an interview for the position with a recruiter and potentially the hiring manager. Some positions require second interviews/auditions as well.

PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WITH YOU TO YOUR INTERVIEW(S):

Multiple copies of your resume
Original documents of credentials (professional license/registry, education documentation, BLS/ACLS, any other applicable certifications)
Reference list (please include name, organization, title, contact number(s) and email address)

HELPFUL JOB INTERVIEW TIPS

Make yourself a more prepared and attractive applicant by following these helpful tips:

Research Redeemer Health System and become familiar with our mission and company culture. Visit About Us.
Dress for success. No matter what department or what position you are interviewing for, be sure to look clean and professional to provide a good first impression
Practice your interview techniques (even out loud or with a friend!). You should be calm and focused during your interview, prepared to listen, as well as ready to answer questions regarding your past experience and ask questions regarding the new position
Arrive on time, or better yet, a few minutes early
Do not bring anything that will be a distraction
Write a professional “Thank You” letter or email following the interview
